Performance comparison of DIDP, DINP and DOP
1.Low volatility
DINP and DIDP are more than 50% less volatile than DOP. During processing, they can reduce the loss of plasticizers and reduce the amount of volatile organic compounds lost. Most importantly, in the final product, lower volatility can reduce fog deposition on car windshields.
2.Good migration resistance and extraction performance
DIDP improves the anti-migration and anti-soap water precipitation performance, which can better maintain the performance and extend the product life.
3.Low temperature flexibility
When DIDP is used to replace DOP, low temperature flexibility and impact performance can be improved, and the amount of DOA can be reduced accordingly. Under the same hardness conditions, the results of DIDP in Bell Brittleness test and Clash Berg test are better than those of DOP.
4.Reduce the viscosity of plastisol and improve viscosity stability.
Under the same conditions, the viscosity of plastisol made with DIDP is lower than that of plastisol made with DOP. Therefore, there is no need to use viscosity inhibitors, thereby reducing costs. Plastisol viscosity stability Brookfield viscosity (20rpm) when stored at 25℃.
