Performance and use:

ATMP has good chelating, low-limit inhibition and lattice distortion effects. It can prevent scale-forming salts in water from forming scale, especially calcium carbonate scale. This product has stable chemical properties in water and is not easily hydrolyzed. When the concentration in water is high, it has good corrosion inhibition effect.

The solid is crystalline powder, easily soluble in water, easy to absorb moisture, easy to transport and use, especially suitable for cold areas in winter.

Application:

Used in circulating cooling water of thermal power plants and refineries, and oil field reinjection water systems. It can reduce corrosion and scaling of metal equipment or pipelines. This product is used as a metal ion chelating agent in textile printing and dyeing and other industries, and can also be used as a metal surface treatment agent, etc.

Instructions for use:

ATMP is often compounded with other organic phosphonic acids, polycarboxylic acids or salts to form organic water treatment agents, which can be used in circulating cooling water systems under various water quality conditions. The optimal dosage is 1 to 20 mg/L; when used as a corrosion inhibitor, the dosage is 20 to 60 mg/L.

Packaging and storage:

ATMP liquid is packed in plastic barrels, 25kg or 250kg per barrel, or determined according to user needs.

ATMP solids are packed in plastic woven bags lined with polyethylene bags. The net weight of each bag is 25kg, which can also be determined according to user needs. Store in a cool and ventilated place indoors, away from moisture and sun exposure. The storage period is twelve months.
